Returns

30-day returns for new, unused non-personalized items in original packaging.

Personalized items: final sale unless damaged/defective.

Damaged/incorrect items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos— we’ll repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.
How to start a return

We’ll reply with a prepaid label (when applicable) and instructions.
Return shipping may be deducted from the refund for preference returns.
