Shipping

  • Processing time: most orders ship in 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery windows (estimates):

    • U.S. Standard: 3–7 business days

    • U.S. Expedited: 2–4 business days

    • International: 7–14 business days (customs may add time)

  • You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.

  • Holiday cutoffs: Look for “Order by {MM/DD}” on each product page for on-time delivery dates.

Returns

  • 30-day returns for new, unused non-personalized items in original packaging.

  • Personalized items: final sale unless damaged/defective.

  • Damaged/incorrect items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos— we’ll repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

How to start a return

  1. Locate your order number (email receipt).

  2. Contact support@theholidaydepot.com with the reason for return.

  3. We’ll reply with a prepaid label (when applicable) and instructions.
    Return shipping may be deducted from the refund for preference returns.

Refund timing

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method 3–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
