1) How long will my order take?
Most items ship in 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. We’ll email you a tracking link as soon as it’s on the way.
2) Can I change or cancel my order?
We can help within 2 hours of placing the order (before it starts processing). After that window, changes aren’t guaranteed—please reply to your order email ASAP.
3) Do you offer personalization?
Yes! Many items allow names, dates, or short messages. You’ll see a field on the product page. Double-check spelling—personalized items are final sale unless damaged/defective.
4) What’s the “Buy 2, Get 1 Free” offer?
Add any 3 eligible items to your cart—the lowest-priced item becomes free automatically. Mix & match across styles that show the offer badge.
5) What if my order arrives damaged?
We’ll make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
6) Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Transit times and duties/taxes vary by country and are shown at checkout. Recipients are responsible for any import fees.
7) Can I add a gift message?
Yes—write it at checkout. Some items also offer gift wrapping; look for it on the product page.
8) How do returns work?
New, unused non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days. Personalized items are final sale (except defects). See Shipping & Returns for details.
9) What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
10) How do I check my order status?
Use your tracking email or visit Order Status from the menu and enter your order number + email.
